All Saints Churchyard

While you're here, we would like to say how pleased we are to receive requests to view our burial register (covering the period 1929 to 1991) and other associated documents.

Do be aware that we only have records for burials in our Churchyard (the burial area around the church); we cannot assist with any records relating to civic cemeteries such as those on Tickhill Road and Styrrup Road. For these, please contact Harworth and Bircotes Town Council. This applies even when there has been a church funeral service but the deceased was buried in a local cemetery.

If proceeding with searching our Churchyard records, there is a fee of £10 per visit which the Church of England requires us to charge; this goes to church funds. Please contact the Vicar to arrange a mutually convenient appointment. This fee applies to any kind of register search you may do.

Should you be looking for wedding records, including for the purpose of obtaining a replacement certificate, please be aware that none are kept on church premises any longer; all were transferred to County Archives in May 2021. For a replacement certificate you should contact your local Register Office.

For replacement certificates for a baptism that took place in our church, please contact the Vicar. There is a fee of £14 per copy.
